Merula is an extra virgin oil that combines four varieties of arbequine, leaf, picual and morisca, and thanks to a slightly later collection and the indications of expert cooks, has managed to create a very versatile olive oil, perfect for use on all culinary occasions both in cold and hot weather. Merula is a magnificent extra virgin olive oil produced in the Perales estate in Merida. After a demanding production process that begins with the harvest of olive at the optimal time of harvesting and culminating in the production of a high quality oil. To obtain an ideal coupage in each harvest, the four varieties of olive from the farm (arbequine, leaf, picual and morisca), making Merula an excellent seasoning and an extra virgin olive oil ideal for both its exquisite taste and its unique design.
