The oil consists exclusively of 60 C-8 fatty acids (caprylic acid) and 40 C-10 fatty acids (capric acid). MCT oil is neutral in taste and therefore an excellent addition to, for example, Bulletproof Coffees, shakes, smoothies and sauces. You can use the MCT oil like conventional cooking oil. CAUTION: It should not be heated too much (not above 120 C). Also try other high-quality cooking oils from our MeaVita range.Directions: Take 3 teaspoons (1 teaspoon 1g) up to 3 times a day with meals.
