Mixing the Ingredients: Start by blending the pudding powder with 40g of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of cold milk until the mixture is smooth. 2. Heating the Milk: Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then remove it from the heat. Stir in the prepared powder mixture using a whisk. 3. Cooking the Pudding: While stirring, let the pudding simmer for at least 1 minute. Pour the pudding into a dish or a rinsed mold. To unmold it, refrigerate it for a minimum of 4 hours.
