The strong flavour of herbs & bitter green leaves, including rocket and watercress give way to peppery notes & a medium bitterness that fade gradually to leave a good leafy after taste accompanied by notes of green bananas, nuts and young stalks. A GTA 2020 gold star winner, Odysea Organic PGI Chania has a complex character, but is not aggressive, making it ideal to add flavour to ingredients for all culinary purposes. The oil is extracted cold within hours of the olives being harvested to ensure that it retains its rich aroma and high nutrient value.
