A sweet and sour sauce with pineapple. Onion and mixed peppers, no artificial colours. Flavours suitable for vegetarians. INGREDIENTS Water, Sugar, Reconstituted Tomato Pure, Pineapple (8 ) (Pineapple, Pineapple Juice), Onion (8 ), Carrots (6 ), Red Pepper (3.5 ), Green Pepper (3.5 ), Modified Maize Starch, Barley Malt Vinegar, Pineapple Juice from Concentrate, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Ginger Powder, Colour (Paprika Extract), Black Pepper DIRECTIONS Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. To serve 4 people. Heat 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil in a saucepan or wok. Add 4 diced skinless chicken breasts and fry over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Empty contents of the jar into the saucepan.
