A delicious spicy chilli jam made from the finest Lemon Drop Chillies and a mouth-watering compilation of Mango, Pineapple, Papaya and sugar. Using the traditionally milder lemon drop chilli it does have a punch but is quite moderated. Ones mouth is instantly filled with the fruit-flavour and the heat kicks in a little later building to a medium crescendo and then leaving a warm glow afterwards. Like any jam, this can be spread on toast, eaten with cheese on crackers. Alternatively, it’s excellent to pep up a stir fry, or even for dipping tofu.
